Nonverbal communication cannot be directly

As we have often repeat,   controll , as it often refers to spontaneous and involuntary movements, which give feback on our  real  state of mind, even when we would like to avoid it.

This is the power of nonverbal communication: precisely because it is involuntary, it is authentic, and therefore offers genuine clues about ourselves and others.

However, there are some tricks to communicate a good disposition during the web meeting , which can make the difference and strengthen our basic characteristics.

1. Be punctual
