2023 is hardly a year of interesting experiments in my work. Rather, it was a year of powerful productivity and working anywhere there is light and connection at the beginning of the year and a total desire to just make it to the weekend at the end of the year. I think it was emotionally difficult for many of us, but the main thing is that I still love every project I implemented this year.
As for the coming year, I’m increasingly thinking about the

But, if we talk about what I will use in 2024 and what I will pay attention to, it is this: AI tools, LinkedIn, engaging content, personalized content, and reputation.
- Artificial intelligence is becoming an increasingly important tool for marketers. AI can be used to automate tasks, analyze data, and create personalized content. It’s really easier, but be prepared to dedicate time to AI, and not expect it to create “brilliant, incredible, high-quality, perfect text” in five minutes. This machine is our assistant, not a substitute for critical thinking 🙂
- LinkedIn is an important network for building professional connections and more. Here, people sell successfully, actively engage, and communicate really well. Those who are tired of typical videos and stories about the life of a blogger – welcome to the world of more interesting things 🙂
- Engagement and personalization. The hardest point for me personally. Why? Sometimes I tell my colleagues that we, digital experts, have made our audience demanding and picky about the content we prepare for them. Audiences are becoming more demanding both in terms of content quality and more sensitive to WHAT they actually consume. Therefore, it is worth working even more actively on quality and engagement. In addition, people are perfectly learning to distinguish wheat from chaff, identify direct advertising, ignore intrusive videos, and think critically. Whether this is a plus or a minus for you is up to you 🙂
- And the last and most important point is reputation . Your reviews, recommendations are your most powerful tool in promotion and sales. A sincere advice from a friend or an impression of quality communication is much more important than another cool advertising creative. Make sure to leave a good impression about yourself!
