Vueling chooses the Sprinklr platform to “optimize its customers’ experience on social networks”

Sprinklr (NYSE: CXM), the unifi customer experience management (Unifi-CXM) platform for modern businesses, announc today, Wnesday, October 25, 2023, that Vueling , a Spanish airline of the IAG Group that operates in more than 100 destinations in Europe, North Africa and the Middle East, has select the Sprinklr platform to “optimize its customers’ experience on social networks through all digital channels.”
Sprinklr, as report in a press release, “will support Vueling’s digital transformation objectives by uniting its social mia customer service and marketing departments in a single collaborative environment.”
