Challenge 4: Awareness of DX
Despite the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications publishing the Local Government Digital Transformation (DX) Promotion Plan in 2020, awareness of DX in local governments remains shallow. This is due to a lack of understanding of the need for DX. As civil servants! some people are guaranteed a stable whatsapp lead status and feel that there is no need to change. Unlike companies! many people! recognize that there is no need to take steps to gain competitiveness! and are not actively committed to DX.
Issue 5: Lack of communication with residents
Another! issue is that local governments are not actively communicating with residents. Providing comfortable administrative services for residents! is an important role of local governments. DX is effective for improving what is seo? convenience for residents, but there are cases where local governments do not properly understand what residents are dissatisfied with. The introduction of My Number cards is a well-known example of unilateral administration being carried out in accordance with national policy. The challenge for local government DX is to create a culture where residents are willing to listen to their issues and make improvements.
In promoting digital transformation in local governments, there are other issues that should be addressed in clean email parallel while referring to the priority initiatives mentioned above. By treating the creation of communities where all residents can live comfortably as a proposition, digital transformation can be promoted from the following three perspectives in order to achieve success.
